Comfortable experience there. Great hotel in a marvellous position to the 90 mile beach. Good sized room with appliances and fresh towels and water views. Location just off the grocery store as well as the walk up the mountain to the look out.

The unit at Kaitaia Motor Lodge was cozy and comfortable, with a seating area that made me feel right at home. The free WiFi was a great addition, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The TV with satellite channels provided entertainment, and the kettle in the room was a nice touch. The full kitchen and separate bathroom were convenient amenities, making my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment also had a full kitchen with a stove and fridge, perfect for preparing my own meals. Plus, the other bedroom had three single beds, making it a great option for traveling with friends or family.

The only downside, in my opinion, was that some may find the full kitchen overwhelming if they prefer eating out during their travels.

The owners of this hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us during a late arrival and a broken-down vehicle. Their cheerful and friendly nature made our stay memorable. Additionally, the clean rooms, modern bathrooms, and well-equipped kitchenette added to the overall positive experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Convenient location close to grocery stores and easy access to attractions. Spacious rooms that can fit up to 4 guests. the unit was clean when we arrived which was great after a long travel day.

Unfortunately there were a few things that could have been improved. some of the towels had bleach stains on them which wasn't great.

The staff was amiable and excellent - I will be back. Loved my relaxing stay with overall service and stay. The hotel was placed in the central location close to supermarket etc.

Friendly staff, well-equipped rooms, tidy grounds, comfy beds, good water pressure in shower. Full kitchenette facilities, heater, electric blankets, laundry facilities, hair dryer. Mostly quiet despite being on main road. Short walk to supermarket and shops. Good location, good value for money.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. Rooms were clean and spacious with all required amenities. The pool was a great space and the BBQ area was very useful.

Although fans were provided, it was still quite warm in the room late into the evening. The price was a bit steep but still worth the value.
